Factory, Testing and Quality Control

Who actually builds the machine?

FjXray is a manufacturer, not a trading company: the Shenzhen office in Longhua handles sales and engineering liaison, the Huizhou plant builds and tests the security scanners, the Zhengzhou plant covers part of the range, and the Chengdu centre does R&D. That matters to a buyer because a trading company cannot change a tunnel size, re-test a generator or trace a fault back to a batch.

What happens before a machine ships?

  • Incoming inspection: Generators, detectors, belts and control boards checked against specification on arrival
  • Assembly and wiring: Mechanical build, HV tank installation, control cabinet wiring to the drawing
  • Burn-in (aging) test: The unit runs continuously before packing so early failures surface in the factory, not at your site
  • Image and radiation check: Image quality verified with test pieces; radiation leakage measured around the enclosure
  • Packing and loading: Export packing with moisture protection, then loading and container photos for the record

What does that mean for lead time and support?

Standard models are built in batches, so the lead time is driven by configuration and options rather than by raw material. Because the factory holds the drawings and the test records, a repeat order can be matched to the previous batch, and a fault can be traced to the components used in that batch.

Frequently asked questions

Where are the factories?

The main plant is in Huiyang, Huizhou (Guangdong), with a second site in Zhengzhou and engineering in Chengdu; the sales office is in Longhua, Shenzhen.

Can we audit the factory before ordering?

Yes. Factory audits and pre-shipment inspections by the buyer or a third party are welcome with notice.

What warranty comes with the machine?

Warranty terms are set per contract and per market; ask for the warranty clause with the quotation so it is compared like for like.

Do you keep test records?

Yes — image-quality and radiation checks are recorded per unit before shipment, and copies can be supplied with the machine.
